Dr. Tran Chi Thanh, Director of the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute (VINATOM), under the Ministry of Science and Technology, emphasized the critical aspect of cultivating a competent management and operational team. VINATOM intends to collaborate with relevant entities to enhance workforce capabilities, strengthen scientific and technological prowess, and bolster industrial production to adhere to stringent quality and safety standards. According to Dr. Thanh, the institute will also serve as a technical and safety advisor for Vietnam’s nuclear energy endeavors.
