The contest is open to both Vietnamese and foreign teenagers and children from six to 15 years old who are living and studying in Hanoi. Contestants can draw pictures showcasing local culture, life, or nature; as well as the fight against environmental pollution, poverty, and epidemics. Paintings can be drawn with optional colours such as watercolours, wax, powder colours, oil paintings, markers, and crayons.
