The event is taking place as part of the ninth Da Lat flower festival held from December 18 to December 31. The festival has been held every two years since 2005. On display are more than 100 photos detailing the activities of Da Lat flower festivals through the years, with most of the images taken mostly by reporters nationwide. The exhibition introduces paintings and wooden sculptures of some local artists about the Da Lat flower festivals. The event is scheduled to last through to December 31. Another two will join the UN mission in South Sudan, replacing two Vietnamese officers who have completed their term. Two other officers will take up duty at the UN mission in Central African Republic, and one will go to the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA), according to the VNA. On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Defence Ministry, Sen. Lt. Gen.
